Dr Paul Wood
FRACGP
Dr Paul Wood graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Newcastle in 2001 and then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma of Lifestyle Medicine at Avondale University College in 2018. He is an International Board of Lifestyle Medicine Certified Physician, as well as a Fellow of both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
Dr Wood has a very strong interest in lifestyle medicine and preventative healthcare, focusing on helping patients make sustainable, evidence-based changes to improve their overall wellbeing and increase their longevity.
Outside of work, Dr Wood is a passionate birdwatcher (“twitcher”), who enjoys identifying and recording bird species.
Dr Shannon Marsh
FRACGP
Dr Shannon completed a Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2005 and worked as a hospital pharmacist for four years before graduating with a Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS) from the University of Queensland in 2014. He undertook his internship and residency at Redcliffe Hospital, then completed GP training on the Central Coast, gaining Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2019.
Dr Shannon has a special interest in chronic disease management and is committed to building long-term, supportive relationships with his patients.
Now based in Kempsey, Dr Shannon enjoys the relaxed lifestyle — and when not at work can often be found washing his car or building LEGO creations with his kids.
Dr Gleb Gorbatkov

Dr Gleb completed his medical degree through Flinders University, South Australia, in 2016. He spent several years working at Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Flinders Medical Centre gaining broad experience across a range of medical and surgical specialties.
Dr Gleb is now a GP Registrar at St Colluthus Medical Centre where he enjoys the variety and continuity of care that general practice offers. Dr Gleb is passionate about providing comprehensive healthcare and supporting patients through all stages of life with a particular interest in chronic disease management.
Outside of work Dr Gleb considers himself an amateur gardener and enjoys travelling Europe. He speaks English and Russian.
Dr Omid Javanbakht

Dr Omid completed his Doctor of Medicine at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Iran, in 2018 and practiced medicine in Iran for six years before moving to Australia.
He joined St Colluthus Medical Centre in 2024 and enjoys providing care across all areas of general practice, with particular interests in preventative health, chronic disease management, and men’s health. Dr Omid is committed to building supportive, comfortable, and long-term relationships with his patients, helping them achieve their best possible health.
Dr Omid speaks English, Azerbaijani, and Persian.
Dr Farnaz Afiat Milani

Dr Farnaz graduated from Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2017 and has over seven years of experience as a medical doctor. She joined St Colluthus Medical Centre in 2024 and enjoys all aspects of general practice, with particular interests in chronic disease management, women’s health, and preventative care.
Dr Farnaz is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and takes pride in building genuine, long-term relationships with her patients. She strives to support ongoing health and wellbeing through compassionate and collaborative care.
Outside of work Dr Farnaz enjoys spending time with family and while exploring the beauty of Australia. Dr Farnaz speaks English, Azerbaijani, and Persian.
Dr Elizabeth Qian

Dr Elizabeth completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales and spent three years working across several hospitals in New South Wales gaining broad clinical experience. She is currently a GP Registrar with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners working at St Colluthus Medical Centre.
Dr Elizabeth enjoys all aspects of general practice and is particularly passionate about women’s health. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centred care and sincerely values building strong, long-term relationships with her patients.
When at home Dr Elizabeth enjoys caring for her pitcher plant.
Dr Dominic Jean-Richard-dit-Bressel

Dr Dominic completed a Bachelor of Medical Science (Honours) at the University of New South Wales before obtaining a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Sydney. He undertook his internship and residency at Macquarie University Hospital, followed by a Senior Resident Medical Officer position at Concord Hospital and then 18mths in Port Macquarie as a GP Registrar.
Dr Dominic has recently joined the medical team at St Colluthus Medical Centre as a GP Registrar and has a particular interest in skin cancer. Dr Dominic is passionate about providing high-quality personalised care to all his patients.
Outside of work, Dr Dominic enjoys gardening, playing board games, and spending time with his family and friends.
Dr Greg Moritz
MBBS, FRACGP - Telehealth Only
Dr. Greg Moritz is an experienced GP who graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1989. His strengths include preventative medicine and chronic disease management. He is comfortable with most people.
Since the advent of Covid, he has been supporting regional Australia in a Telehealth capacity. Prior to that, he was a GP in Diamond Creek (Melbourne) for about 20 years. He returned to ‘face-to-face’ practice in Watsonia (Melbourne) in 2025, and has now joined St Colluthus Medical centre in a Telehealth capacity.
Outside medicine Greg enjoys a variety of sports, travelling, and time with his friends and family.
