St Colluthus Medical Centre is a bulk-billing practice.
The following Medicare Rebates will apply:
- Short Consult: $20.55
- Standard Consult: $45.05
- Long Consult: $87.10
- Extended Consult: $128.35
Cancellation or Did Not Attend Policy
If 24 hours notice has not been given when cancelling or not attending an appointment, the following fees will apply:
- Missed Appointment $35: Two (2) short or standard appointments have not been attended without giving 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or non-attendance. This fee will apply before seeing your doctor the next time you book with us (at the 3rd appointment).
- Missed Appointment Long or Extended Consultation $35: One (1) extended or long appointment (> 15 minutes) has not been attended without giving 24 hours notice prior to prior to cancelling or non-attendance. This fee will apply when you next book to see a doctor at our practice.
- Missed Appointment New Patient $35: One (1) appointment has not been attended without giving 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or non-attendance. This fee will apply when you next book to see a doctor at our practice.
Renew Physio Cancellations
- Missed Appointment $70: One (1) appointment has not been attended without giving 24 hours notice prior to cancelling or non-attendance. The fee will apply when you next book to see the physio.
- Physio appointments are confirmed via phone by the receptionist the day before your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, you should advise the receptionist at this time to avoid a Late Cancellation Fee.
